STATEHOOD OF AFFAIRS – In 1911, New Mexico found itself at the center of an international conspiracy that threatened statehood. The unjust commitment of a woman to an insane asylum reveals a plot to find the missing Article X of the Treaty of Mesilla: the Revert Document. Tensions rise as the United States and Mexico are on a collision course. If the Revert Document emerges before Arizona and New Mexico attain statehood, Mexico could legally recover those lost territories, thereby changing history. WATER DAMAGE – On a spring day in 1913, a horse-drawn wagon carrying a bomb loaded with dynamite and shrapnel explodes in front of the House of Morgan in New York. Dozens are killed, and hundreds are wounded in the Wall Street Explosion. Adobe Centori seeks redemption for the woman he could not save in the Revert Document conspiracy, only to be drawn into an even greater conspiracy—Germany’s secret war against America. A series of attacks in New York raises the stakes and concern of a possible catastrophic attack. From New Mexico to New York, a search for anarchists, spies and saboteurs ensues. Centori joins a team of federal agents in a dangerous campaign to stop a major attack in America, tied to Germany’s ambitions in the coming Great War.
ADOBE CENTORI and THE SILVER MEDALLION – In 1540, Spanish Conquistadors ventured from Mexico City to New Spain’s northern regions. The captain general of this expedition was Francisco Vasquez de Coronado. He was driven to lead an expedition by stories of the lost city of Cibola that contain GOLD. Adobe Centori was skeptical about a story from pueblo leader Justo Calabaza who claims that the Cibola is within the Circle C Ranch boundaries. Along with foreman Francisco Griegos and Calabaza, Centori pursues the lost gold mine. Carlene Cortina, a beautiful barnstorming pilot wings Centori through the skies in search of the mythical fetish bear: the entrance to Cibola. Intrigue ensues as Santa Fe Sharon joins Carmencita to find the gold mine. Unknown to her, Sharon seeks more than gold—she wants revenge.
THE SWAN – Following the Russian Revolutions of 1917, the royal family of Czar Nicholas II and Czarina Alexandra and their five children were arrested and executed. The killing of the Romanov family by the Ural Bolsheviks captured worldwide attention. Eventually, the story faded from public awareness. Yet, one woman remains painfully aware the brutal slaughter and burns with a lust for revenge. In this fast-paced story, with a keen attention to its historical context, we meet the Swan and learn of her Romanov ties and aristocratic background. In New York, the Swan infiltrates the Bureau of Investigation. Agent Adobe Centori is attracted to her grace and beauty unaware about her true colors.
THE COMING OF CENTORI – It’s 1901 and the new century abounds with dynamic change. The U.S. emerged victorious in the Spanish-American War to become a world power. Progress in steel production, electric power and petroleum refinement is increasing. A full-scale oil boom started in Texas with the largest ever oil strike. At this time, Adobe Centori arrives in New Mexico and starts the Circle C Ranch. Although change defines the new century, some things remain the same. The Valtura Ring has engaged in attacks on the Circle C and is determined to take or destroy the ranch for unknow reasons. Centori leads the Circle C riders to investigate the mystery and to a high stakes battle. This fast-paced story, with colorful narrative and historical context, follows Centori’s action-packed collision with the dark side of human nature in the new 20th Century.
